First of all: give your body the love it deserves!

Be mindful about what enters your body. First of all, with regards to food and drinks. But also thoughts and your surroundings.

Make loving choices. That are positively influencing your body and soul.

Diss these habits to get pregnant faster

We all have habits which are not nurturing our bodies. Which you better can see good-bye too. To make your body healthy and your mind at ease. And, in this way, boost your fertility.

  • Caffeine
  • harms your fertility and sleep pattern
  • Junk food
  • We want to create a healthy body for ourselves and for your baby to grow in.
  • Screen time
  • it enhances your stress levels the wifi signals negativity affect your body
  • Negative self talk
  • You want to create a loving environment for your baby. Which starts with loving yourself. Get rid of negative self-talk. Instead, be a loving mother to yourself first.

Healthy boosting fertility habits

After you let go of habits that are not longer serving you. It is time to integrate some healthy habits in your day to day life. Habits that make your body healthy, your mind at ease and your soul shining.

Oh yes, and of course boosting your fertility.

By creating a happy environment for your baby to grow.

Healthy habits to conceive naturally

Sleep more

Being relaxed and well rested is of significant importance to get pregnant. Because, when feeling relaxed, your body generates the hormones needed for conception.

Getting enough (about 7 hours) sleep per night is essential.Taking a daily nap is also recommended.

Relax mama!

Drinking water

Stay hydrated; drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day. This will detox your body and improves digestion.

Golden Milk

A daily cup of golden milk is an amazingly healthy habit. With its roots from Ayurvedic tradition. This plant-based milk gets it super power and golden colour from turmeric.

Boost your Iron levels

Iron is an essential nutrient to get pregnant. Healthy sources of Iron are pomegranate, chickpeas and spinach.

Swadistana chakra: your centre of creation

Another way to boost your fertility with yoga is to focus on your Swadistana chakra. Swadistana is the energetic centre located around the womb.

Reiki is an alternative healing therapy. That helps to boost your fertility.

Sometimes you are aware of the sadness you are caring with you. But sometimes you aren’t aware of it.

A way to connect with your womb on a deeper level is through Reiki.

With a womb healing ceremony, you create a loving space for baby.

Release old emotions. Whilst making a loving space for your baby to grow.

Healing for all generations before you

The emotions hidden in your womb can be yours. But also from the generations before you.

I’ve tried to conceive for five months. A Reiki session showed me I was still holding on to pain in my womb. Although I felt connected to my feelings, I was unaware of this. During my womb ceremony, I’ve noticed it was pain from the generations before me.

After feeling and releasing these emotions, I’ve got pregnant straight away.
